By controlling 100% of the manufacturing process in-house, we eliminate third-party supply delays and guarantee flawless airtight tolerances conforming strictly to SMACNA and DW144 specifications.

Acoustic Engineering & Low Static Friction

Every duct run is calculated with specialized software to optimize air velocities (FPM), eliminate duct whistling, and balance static pressures across every terminal diffuser. We supply high-density fiberglass acoustic insulation and micro-perforated sound attenuators to achieve serene, luxury-grade indoor sound levels under 25 dBA.
